This is a self-catering apartment that will comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Guests will have access to everything you see in the photos.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be requested once you arrive at the apartment. 5 € + VAT per person and for maximum 7 days, payment must be paid at check in in cash.

- Smoking penalty 150 € in case you smoke inside the apartment.

- Rentals longer than 20 days would have a specific limit to talk about bills (water, gas, electricity). No more than 300 euros talking about all of them.

- We use a noise sensor inside your apartment to ensure the rest of our neighbors, it works from 22:00 to 07:00 a.m.
