Check-In/Out
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Guests can leave their luggage from 12:00 upon arrival. For departure, we suggest nearby places to store it.

Pets Policy
We do not accept pets in our apartments to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment.

Events and Parties
Events or parties are strictly prohibited in our apartments to maintain tranquility and respect for the neighbors.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation changes: Allowed within 2 days of booking if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: Refund of the amount minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund.

Smoking Policy
Allowed only on balconies or terraces with doors and windows closed, using the ashtrays provided.

Visitor Policy
Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to stay. Unregistered visitors and overnight stays of additional persons are not permitted.

Payment Policy
We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance to be agreed upon arrival.

Quiet Hours Policy
We ask to respect the quiet hours between 21:00 and 09:00 to ensure everyone's rest.

Late Check in
Our check in hours are from 15:00 to 22:00, after this time we will charge a supplement of
30 euros from 22:00 until 00:00
60 euros from 00:00 to 01:30 am maximum
